I understand DaVinci Deluxe · Cloud Edition is for cars & light commercial vans, that heavy trucks are a separate product (DaVinci Trucks, sold separately at davincideluxe.fr/trucks), and I've checked (or will confirm with support) that my ECU is supported before relying on it. 1 PC, linked to your account: I understand this pass works on one PC, linked to my DaVinci account. Moving it to a different PC is a one-time 50 EUR PC change. (Account-linked PCs policy.) Coverage, tools & refunds: Solutions are matched to my exact software/hardware version, not just the brand — if my file is not covered yet, that is not a software fault. Using clone or counterfeit flashing tools greatly increases the risk of a bricked ECU. This is a digital product — all sales are final and no refunds are offered. I can check my own file first with the Real Software Test (9.99 EUR, then 100.99 EUR/month unless cancelled). Full policy: Refund & ECU Compatibility Policy. The 24-Hour Pass is a one-time payment of 49.99 EUR, not a subscription, with no auto-renewal. It gives 24 hours of use on 1 PC (the timer only runs while the app is open).
