Hardcut Rev Limiter — BMW 540i

What this does

Hardcut rev limiter on the BMW 540i — sharp soft-cut replacement for launch / race use. Petrol only.

How to apply it

1. Get a DaVinci Deluxe license (Standard 299€ lifetime, Pro 499€, Monthly 79€, Yearly 790€).
2. Read the BIN from your Bosch MG1CS003 via any OBD/bench tool (KESS, Autotuner, FoxFlash, MagicMotorsport).
3. Open the file in DaVinci Deluxe, toggle Hardcut Rev Limiter, save the patched BIN. Checksum is auto-corrected.
4. Flash the patched BIN back to the Bosch MG1CS003. Done.
